Professional Summary: Mr. Ward is responsible for the development and maintenance of four Integrated Product Team's (IPTs) baseline schedules and three IPTs cost performance baselines. In this position he provides visibility and accurate assessment of schedule/cost performance and variance to the plan. He is responsible for anticipating requirements, potential problems and possible outcomes, incorporating changes, configuration control, and providing integrated planning leadership to effectively perform program/team activities. Mr. Ward earned a B.S. Operations Management degree in Business and a M.S.M. in Project Management.
